Shipping Information

After you place your order, it is promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We work with reliable shipping providers, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and trusted local couriers in your region.

Our current processing time is 1–2 business days.

Shipping Locations

We ship from warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong.
If an item is out of stock in our US or UK warehouse, it may be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse instead. In such cases, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.
