Refund policy

We’re Committed to Your Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luesy.com. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your tracking number until the refund process is completed.

To return an item, please email support@luesy.com with your order number, and detailed return instructions will be provided.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@luesy.com, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will gladly replace the item free of charge.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be requested within 60 minutes of placing your order by contacting us at support@luesy.com.
